About Our Course

This course is constructed using a blended-learning design to help you prepare for the Microsoft 365 Certified Fundamentals Exam while providing you with tips on how to apply this information at work. It combines traditional self-paced online learning with live, real-time interaction with an expert instructor. The course components are spread over a week, but your total time investment is estimated at 7-9 hours.

This course uses Microsoft Official Content and enhances the content with real-world examples and applications, SME knowledge and experience, and the use of scenarios as learning tools.

What to Expect

Our course offers three scheduled meetings which will be held over Teams and the dates for these will be provided to you in the course tabs. Below is a brief explanation of what the course schedule will look like:

   • • The course week will start with an online, virtual in-person Kickoff Meeting with your instructor.
2. Self-Paced Content (your pace)
   • • You will proceed through the content modules at your pace and on your schedule.
3. Content Review (scheduled)
   • • This call will happen towards the end of the week. Your instructor will take time to review any questions you or your peers may have.
4. Course Wrap-Up and Next Steps (scheduled)
   1. • The course will close with this final call. This will provide additional time with the instructor to review the course content, answer or review questions about the practice exam, and walk through the steps of registering for the exam.
