MCT Instructional Skills Course – Begins May 6, 2024

• Integrate the principles of adult learning into training development and delivery
• Analyze learners and apply appropriate learning strategies
• Develop and demonstrate effective communication skills
• Incorporate engagement techniques and training aids to improve learning transfer
• Develop and improve an effective delivery style and demonstrate it through application and feedback

Course Details

• Estimated time commitment: 16 total hours of combined self-paced and live, instructor-led Teams meetings
• Delivered in a blended learning format – combines self-paced learning and instructor-led online sessions with an MCT over the course of two weeks
• The live virtual meetings typically take place on the first and second Mondays of the two-week period at 1 pm (EST)
• Must complete a Knowledge Assessment with a passing grade of 75%
• Must submit a video presentation on a topic of your choice. This is your chance to assimilate what you have learned and show off your skills
• A completion certificate is provided upon successful completion of the course
