At pro•duhk•tiv we strive to provide engaging and high-level training sessions. We understand that sometimes minds change and our training may not be what you’re looking for. We also know that things come up, therefore, we’ve set up a refund policy for the times when life happens:
Cancellation Policy:
- Non-refundable transaction fee: A percentage of every payment goes to the payment processor and this will not be refunded if a cancellation is made.
- Refund Policy:
- Full Refund: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the start date, a full refund will be issued, minus the transaction fee.
- 50% Refund: If the cancellation is made between 8-30 days before the course date, a 50% refund of the course fee will be issued.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made less than 8 days (one week) before the course date.
- Transfer Option: Students may transfer their registration to another course date or another person without additional fees, provided the request is made at least 7 days before the course start date.
- Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
