Course Overview
AB-730 prepares business professionals and departmental champions to apply Microsoft Copilot responsibly and effectively in everyday work. This course focuses on practical AI usage to help learners understand where Copilot fits, how to use it well, and how to model good AI habits for their colleagues. Participants leave with the confidence to turn curiosity into consistent, value-driven Copilot adoption.

- Explain what Microsoft Copilot can and cannot do in a business context
- Apply Copilot techniques to common workplace scenarios and workflows
- Use prompting and iterative refinement to improve AI-assisted outcomes

- Support ongoing AI adoption through coaching and peer enablement
Course Details
- Time commitment: Full-day instructor-led course (9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST)
- Delivery: Live, virtual instructor-led training
- Includes: Lunch break and short breaks throughout the day
