Course Overview
AB-900 builds foundational AI fluency for IT teams responsible for securing, supporting, and operationalizing Microsoft Copilot and agents. This course provides a clear, current understanding of Copilot architecture, administration, governance, and security considerations, so IT can be proactive rather than reactive as AI adoption expands.

Learners will be able to:
- Describe how Microsoft Copilot and agents are built and integrated into Microsoft 365
- Understand data, identity, and security considerations related to Copilot usage
- Explain governance and administrative responsibilities for Copilot enablement
- Confidently support Copilot deployment and ongoing operations
- Communicate Copilot concepts clearly to business and leadership stakeholders
Course Details
- Time commitment: Full-day instructor-led course (9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST)
- Delivery: Live, virtual instructor-led training
- Includes: Lunch break and short breaks throughout the day
